One to One Coaching
Training available to develop a bespoke 'Wellbeing Charter' with your leaders for your school. Promoting ongoing support between staff and leaders, to help reduce stress and staff absence and promote a healthy work life balance in your organisation.
Three, one-hour staff meetings, delivered over the academic year. These staff meetings are designed to promote the health and wellbeing of the teachers. Providing an insight into how they can manage their time effectively, making time for self-care to ensure they can perform at their best and be responsible for their own mental wellbeing.
These private coaching sessions are designed to support Headteachers, Heads of School and Executive Headteachers in their roles. One to one coaching can focus on the creative process that inspires leaders to maximise their professional potential and reach their goals. Working in collaboration with their coach they can create the best workplace environment for teachers and staff, avoid burnout and ensure pupils receive the best education available.
We appreciate how lonely it can be as a Headteacher when you are dealing with serious matters.
Working with a qualified coach, headteachers are provided with time to process what they are dealing with and think about how they can move forward positively.
Motivational Speaking
