I see coaching as partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.
I ask thought provoking questions and challenge thinking, holding a space where clients have time to think for themselves and make confident decisions and choices about their own life. Often we can be influenced by what family and friends think, making it difficult to decide what the right path is.
I am passionate about helping people to be the best versions of themselves, building a trusting friendship and support service with my clients.
Life Given Coaching
Aisling has been trained in Rapid Transformational Coaching at the prestigious Marisa Peer School of Coaching and has learned the tools and techniques required to support others in transforming their lives. She has been certified by ICF Professional Coaches and completed an MSc in Psychology in 2024.
Aisling has coped with several traumas, including cancer, while leading a very successful career as a teacher, senior leader, and headteacher over the last twenty years. Aisling understands what it takes to lead an effective organisation and build a successful team.
